Privacy Policy

Companion to THREADLINE
PullSheet ("we," "our," or "us") is a companion application to THREADLINE,
built and operated by Cooper Interactive. This Privacy Policy explains how we
collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the
PullSheet mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in
accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
01
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information to provide and improve the Service:
-
Account Data: Your email address, name, and production role.
This information is shared with THREADLINE via a single Supabase authentication
system. One account grants access to both applications.
-
Production Data: Production names and team memberships. This
data is shared with THREADLINE and is used to determine your access permissions
within both applications.
-
Lookboard Data: Board titles, canvas layouts, garment
arrangements, and talent/scene assignments. This data is unique to PullSheet
and is created by you to build visual lookboards.
-
Image Data: Garment photographs sourced from your THREADLINE
inventory, along with AI-processed cutout images generated through the
background removal feature.
-
Usage Data: Feature usage patterns, board creation and export
counts, and session data. This helps us understand how the Service is used and
identify areas for improvement.
-
Device Data: Device type, operating system version, and app
version. This is collected to ensure compatibility and diagnose technical issues.
02
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
-
Provide the PullSheet service: This includes lookboard
creation, canvas editing, garment arrangement, and PDF export functionality.
-
Process AI background removal: Garment photographs are sent
to the Clipdrop API (operated by Stability AI) to remove backgrounds and
generate cutout images for your lookboards.
-
Sync data with THREADLINE inventory: PullSheet reads your
existing THREADLINE garment data so you can use those items on your lookboards
without re-entering information.
-
Improve app performance and features: Usage and device data
helps us identify bugs, optimize performance, and prioritize new features.
-
Send service communications: We may send you notifications
related to your account, production activity, or important Service updates.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your production or lookboard data for advertising purposes.
03
AI Background Removal (Clipdrop API)
PullSheet uses Stability AI's Clipdrop API to provide background removal on garment photographs. Here is how that process works:
-
When you use the background removal feature, your garment photograph is sent
to the Clipdrop API for processing.
-
Clipdrop processes the image and returns a cutout with the background removed.
-
Images sent to Clipdrop are processed in real-time and are not stored by
Clipdrop after processing is complete.
-
The resulting cutout image is stored in your PullSheet account within Supabase
Storage, subject to the same security and access controls as all other data.
-
You can request deletion of any cutout image at any time through the app or
by contacting us directly.
04
Shared Data with THREADLINE
PullSheet and THREADLINE operate within a shared ecosystem. Here is how data flows between them:
-
PullSheet and THREADLINE share the same database and authentication system
(Supabase). Your login credentials work across both applications.
-
PullSheet reads (but does not modify) your THREADLINE inventory, talent, scene,
and production data. This allows you to browse and place garments on lookboards
without duplicating information.
-
PullSheet writes lookboard data and cutout images to shared database tables.
This data is specific to PullSheet but stored alongside your THREADLINE data.
-
Activity logs (such as "lookboard created," "lookboard updated," or "cutout
processed") are written to the shared activity log visible in both applications.
-
Deleting your THREADLINE account will also remove your PullSheet data, including
all lookboards, cutout images, and activity logs.
05
Data Storage and Security
-
All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on Amazon Web Services
(AWS) infrastructure.
-
Images (garment photos and cutout files) are stored in Supabase Storage
buckets with row-level security policies that restrict access to authorized
production team members.
-
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher, and encrypted at rest
on the server.
-
Row-level security ensures that users can only access data from productions
they belong to. No user can view, edit, or export another production's
lookboards or garment data.
06
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party services, solely to provide the Service:
-
Supabase, Inc. -- Database hosting, authentication, file
storage, and serverless functions.
-
Stability AI / Clipdrop -- AI-powered background removal
for garment images. Photos are processed in real-time and not retained.
-
Expo (Software Mansion) -- App distribution, over-the-air
updates, and build infrastructure.
We may share anonymized, aggregate usage data for industry research purposes. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
We will disclose personal data if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
07
